This is Sharyn Bovat the NISSAN Whistleblower with a request.  FYI- I'm cc'ing a lot of people because I'm terrified - What has happened to me in the Tennessee courts is beyond inhumane. I'm BCC's Ed Gillespie's office in hopes that he'll use his influence & tell the state legislatures they need to make major changes in reference to transparency, accountability & judicial disclosures.

Current Problem that I Need Congresswoman Blackburn to Assist:

I'm trying to communicate with NISSAN counsel directly (to get a letter so I can secure employment out of state during the "dragged out" malicious prosecution case) also I've decided to represent myself after being deceived &/or suffering from bad professional judgement by my lawyer (who by the way is Kline Preston your former Treasurer and currently the President of Marsha Blackburn Inc). Last night Brigid Carpenter of Baker Donelson the law firm retained by NISSAN  told me that ALL communication must go through Kline until there is an order saying I can represent myself.   

Marsha Blackburn you will read in this email that I have a critical need that needs to be addressed.  I'm requesting your help to encourage Kline to do this. In the near future my goal is to obtain a local lawyer and also a lawyer that deals with national security issues.  Until then I will represent myself: which I have done in the past.  

Below will explain WHY I do not feel comfortable with Kline Preston.  I want it noted that I'm NOT slandering him just stating the facts and am backing them up with copies of communication (text messages) between me and Mr. Preston.  

Mr. Preston has had numerous opportunities to clear this up with me and has not.

Background

Last month I was told to go to a National Security Law conference sponsored by the ABA at the Ritz Carlton and sitting in front of me on the panel was a lawyer that looked like Kline and had the same last name- Stephen Preston the top lawyer at the CIA.

I did not know what to do so I decided to ask Kline if it 
was  a relative and he texted me YES.

FYI- I sent him a certified letter at the beginning of December asking for all the documentation of request in reference to my malicious prosecution case.   He ONLY sent me the filed response from Baker Donelson.  For almost 6 months I've communicated that I want the state listed as a defendant too.  He has not done that. This is after I had spent 19+ months in the courts fighting a 1st time misdemeanor.

Recently I found out that due to the lack of disclosure of NOT being told Mr. Preston was connected to the CIA I have grounds for a re trial on the trespass charge... maximum penalty $50.

FYI-  I had told Kline in Fall 2010 that I thought all the arrests and allegations against me were because of the Lockerbie cover up (the crash of Pan Am flight 103).  I told Kline in the garage of the court parking "Iran did it." Over the last 2 years I've documented my frustrations of the courts in reference to 3 arrests and 19+ months in the Tennessee courts. I was clearly not happy on how the "trumped up" criminal cases were handled.  I've now been told that I can ask for a retrial on the low level misdemeanor that had a maximum penalty of $50.  The one NISSAN hired Joe Baugh to babysit and also paid numerous lawyers to read my blogs -It's been said that NISSAN has spent over 1 million dollars on lawyers reading my blog... if that's true I hope it is NOT taxpayer money, can you office investigate?  

Out of desperation a few weeks ago I started to blog about the deception/lack of disclosure done by Kline: I did this 2 days after he told me Stephen Preston was his brother and then two days after that Kline said it was a joke.  So I told him I would take it off my blog once he sent me a notarized affidavit saying Stephen Preston was not his brother.  

Now I've amended that to any relative: I've sent the DOD a request to clarify & I clearly state on my blogs I NEVER wrote about Kline until this happened.  When he sent me a text saying that his brother was the top lawyer at the CIA that alone "true or not" shows that my legal representation must change.

Also I've documented for 2 years that issues I told Kline about that would have shown my innocence were ignored. For example the security tape from the NISSAN HQ of the day of the arrest - he did not attempt to retrieve. Kline kept telling me he had everything under control.  I later learned he had done almost NOTHING.

In August at the RNC convention (Fyi- I enjoyed hearing you speak at the Palladian View event) during the convention Kline Preston and I were texting...  I told him that in the 80's I was a shield for gay republicans and he responded to me "out of the blue" that Ronald Reagan was gay....  

After communicating his comments to people in the GOP gay community I believe what Kline said was false & I've been told Kline "most likely" wanted me to tell people that I had a source saying Reagan was gay just to discredit me. It's clearly malicious or  the alternative is Reagan was really gay. Marsha Blackburn.... does this really need to be investigated?   

I've been told to send copies to the American Bar Association.

All along my fear was that NISSAN wanted me discredited due to the CEO's connection to CIA drug trafficking .... Now I know those connections to CIA drug trafficking are real and they did want me discredited. Looks like the CIA has a Good Ole Boy Network and they want me discredited too.   I was told that James Clapper helped push Petraeus out the door to make room for Michael Vickers (who might be related to NISSAN Senior Purchasing Dir. Cal Vickers whom I was told my a person connected to the late Marvin Runyon former President of NISSAN North America, former Postmaster General and connected to the CIA.  I was told that Cal Vickers was someone I should fear. I've blogged about that.  By what's happened to me- I pissed off some people at the CIA.  Good news those not connected to CIA drug trafficking want that element gone from the CIA.

Anyway James Clapper led the DIA from 1992-1995 the same time Stephen Preston was the acting General Council for the DOD.  This is the same time that I was asked to go to Georgia for a democracy trip and the same time that Mark Silverman's former neighbor Freddie Woodruff was murdered in Georgia.  he was a CIA Field chief.

Today I've texted Mark Silverman because I've connected CIA operatives from the Clinton administraion to the Russian mafia.  I'm sure it's innocent.... i do think it needs to be investigated.   In 1990 I was in Leningrad and was detained by the KGB for a day and 1/2.  For the record the treated me better than the Franklin Police. 

I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN TENNESSEE.  What happened to me is against the laws of America. 

This state has a LOT of CIA cover companies and I was told they get preferred treatment in the courts.... is that true?

Therefore I can ask for a new trial and Kim Helper can assign an ADA to persecute me again.  When I have a lawyer who looks out for my best interest and I'm allowed to have my constitutional rights..witnesses to support my claim of innocence I know I will be vindicated.  

FYI-  It was Judge Robbie Beal that quashed almost all of my witnesses 2 days before my trial.  I did represent myself "pro se" due to a phone call telling me that Kline was going to "lay down" and still wanting to believe he had my best interest I used him as a legal advisor.  When I could find nobody else in Tennessee to do a malicious prosecution case I paid him $5,000 to file a suit.  When I gave him the money I told him I wanted it filed against NISSAN and the State of Tennessee.  He has yet to file against the state and the statue of limitations is expiring.  

For a 1st time misdemeanor to go to a jury trial is "insane"

Sharyn Bovat request a letter from NISSAN saying they no longer consider "a high level security risk" to be used when seeking employment out of state. Since "email" stalking/harassment charges were dropped twice in the courts (that label made my client "me" unemployable) this letter is justifiable.

they had their charges dropped within 24 hours and had their record expunged by the governor within a week.  Sharyn Bovat was charged with the same misdemeanor: Justice in Tennessee is NOT fair.  Why?


Kim Helper - I Was Found Guilty of the Lowest Level Misdemeanor = to a Speeding Ticket $50 fine.. The same charge that Occupy Nashville had... My case was a perfect example of selective prosecution.  In Williamson County I was Jailed 3 times and suffered excessive humiliation and 19+ month in the courts..

The stress on my body will take 2-3 years off my life.  I was told I have apply for govt. assistance due to the stress the courts have put me through.  A person contacted me and told me that Tennessee by maliciously prosecuting me has harmed me for life. Investigations need to happen on HOW a whistleblower who spoke the truth could suffer.

Still i thought it was a "joke" and made a rude comment. I have apologized. The fact is Al Gore is someone that I respect (although he's a little wacky on the green living).  Had I known it was a sincere question I would have answered respectfully.  I could do a lot worse....

This is to inform you that Sharyn Bovat is suspending the attorney relationship with Kline Preston until investigations or explanations have occurred.

I will be representing myself but will have access to legal advisors.  Baker Donelson- from the day forward communicate only me in reference to the malicious prosecution case. 

For the record for OVER 2 years I did NOT blog about my lawyer (you) UNTIL I had the text messages that showed major deception &/or what looks to the "average" eye as horrible professional behavior. It's important that the issue be examined by authorities. 

My rights as an American have been tampered with Freedom of Speech is the American right that I hope will lead to truth & justice.

FYI- A motion will be made to add the state BUT I will make a very effective argument that the NISSAN paid former Williamson County DA Joe Baugh was an active participant & the representative for NISSAN during the entire "malicious prosecution" of my client "me"  also its been relayed to me that external pressure from NISSAN to prosecute my client was made to ADA Terry Wood: That will be brought to light through depositions.

2 years AFTER working with my lawyer fighting "trumped up" charges that I told him stemmed from my "previous" CIA research and the cover up of the Lockerbie Bombing ( 2010 I told Kline Preston that Iran was responsible for the crash). I found out LAST WEEK that my attorney's brother was the TOP lawyer (Stephen Preston) of the CIA.

 ****THIS IS A MAJOR CONFLICT OF INTEREST THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED. I CAN PROVE THE CIA WANTED TO DISCREDIT ME.  OVER 19+ MONTHS ON A TRUMPED UP 1ST TIME MISDEMEANOR AND 2 "EMAIL STALKING" CHARGES, BOTH OF THOSE DROPPED BUT NISSAN LAWYERS KEEP MENTIONING THEM. I WAS JAILED 3 TIMES. THE MISDEMEANOR IS THE SAME THE OCCUPY NASHVILLE PROTESTER GOT AND THEIR CHARGES WERE DROPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS, THEY GOT SNACKS & LOTS OF PRESS.  THE GOVERNOR EVEN EXPUNGE THEIR RECORDS.  MY CHARGE WAS THE SAME BUT MY TREATMENT WAS ABUSIVE AND I WAS TOLD IT VIOLATED MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.  I HAVE EMAILS TO KLINE SAYING IT WAS SELECTIVE PROSECUTION. I TOLD HIM HE HAD TO PRESENT THAT AND HE REFUSED.  WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WAS ORCHESTRATED BY MANY PEOPLE... THUS RACKETEERING...*******

Michael Vickers the man being considered to take the CIA Chief's job (formally Petraeus) might be related to Cal VIckers. Earlier I had gotten word from a friend of the the late Marvin Runyon who was a past President of NISSAN North America, former post master general and connected to the CIA that Cal Vickers of NISSAN (he reported to one of my former clients) was connected to the "creepy people" what I call the ex CIA who profit from the illegal stuff. 

I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES FROM KLINE PRESTON CONFIRMING THAT STEPHEN PRESTON IS HIS BROTHER... THEN I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS JOKING HE SAID NO.  THEN TWO DAYS AFTER I BLOGGED ABOUT IT HE SAID IT WAS JOKE ( I HAD NEVER BLOGGED ABOUT MY LAWYER UNTIL HE DECEIVED ME).  THEN I TOLD HIM ONCE HE SENDS ME A WRITTEN AFFIDAVIT SAYING STEPHEN PRESTON IS NOT HIS BROTHER (AGAIN HEAD OF LEGAL OF THE CIA) I WILL TAKE IT DOWN FROM MY BLOG.  

THE BLOG IS CRITICAL BECAUSE A VIEWER TOLD ME TO GO THE THE ABA NATIONAL SECURITY CONFERENCE IN WASHINGTON DC AT THE RITZ CARLTON AND IT WAS THERE I SAT IN THE FRONT ROW AND 10 FEET IN FRONT OF ME ON THE PANEL WAS A MAN THAT LOOKED LIKE KLINE PRESTON AND HAD THE SAME LAST NAME).

I have a request to the DOD to confirm the relationships of Cal Vickers and Michael Vickers & Stephen Preston and Kline Preston. It's been over 2 days. I was told it would be 24 hours. I was told if their not related I would get a quick "no"... the silence from the DOD press office is very telling.

Michael Vickers whose up for Spy Chief has been accused of Leaking to Hollywood in summer 2011 classified information about the Bin Laden killing. Oddly in the summer 2011 I was invited to Hollywood about my story. It could be a coincidence. If so there a LOT of them.

In a May 23 letter, King wrote to Vickers that documents obtained by Judicial Watch in its Freedom of Information Act lawsuit “raise serious questions regarding your central role in providing classified and sensitive information to individuals without appropriate security clearances.”

Michael Vickers I was Invited to Hollywood in Summer 2011.   It Was AFTER You Started Talking to The "Industry" Types.  In LA I Met Several People INCLUDING a Guy That Was in the Mafia.

I do like some of Jim DeMints ideas.  It's time to forget the past and "move on".  DO NOT SUPPORT Michael Vickers.   UNLESS He will send me an affidavit saying he's not connected to NISSAN CIA and ask him to clarify if he know Cal Vickers.. Are they related.   A source connected to the late Marvin Runyon said Cal Vickers whose part of the Dept. of Energy fraud and the bullying of me was part of the Good Ole Boy network that's corrupt.  Basically the word Good Ole Boy is southern for Mafia.

In 1992 while enjoying a taco back stage at the RNC convention Sharyn Bovat was told to be a "team player" by former President Gerald Ford:  The problem with Bovat is nobody told her "what team she was playing on".  For years she was used by many as a tool to gather information for MANY different reasons.  Sharyn learned to give a "non biased" view point and she always told the "truth" based on her experince and conversations.  Her opinion was "valued" until the Mississippi man deemed "political correctness" as a weapon.   It turned out after 1993 a "different" Heir controlled the Lair.

Earlier backstage at the RNC convention in Houston Bovat knew that trailers were "set up" for a reason. She did not know at the time that she had front row seats to the "battle for the heart of the party" and the ONLY two that had a chance at holding the torch were brothers that were "going at it".  Later I was told that their daddy wanted his boys to duke it out at a "family event".

How many families call an RNC convention a "family event".

Fun Fact:  At a Republican Governor's Conference in Park City Utah Sharyn Bovat was called an Amoeba by a top staffer of "presidential wanna be" and Massachusetts Governor William Weld.   Bovat "was" a credible research worker.
